Mounting Services

We specialise in dry mounting prints onto two types of boards: Kappa and Foamex.

Kappa Board Mounting:
Kappa board provides a rigid medium ideal for displaying prints in point of sale, presentations, and various display applications. It is lightweight, rigid, and available in 3mm or 5mm thicknesses, designed specifically for indoor use.

Foamex Board Mounting:
Foamex is a compressed PVC board known for its strength, durability, and lightweight properties. It is available in 1mm, 3mm, or 5mm thicknesses and is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. For added protection and quality, mounted prints can be laminated in either matt or gloss finishes.

Laminating Services

Laminating involves applying a thin layer of plastic to one side of the paper, enhancing its finish and durability. Unlike encapsulation, lamination does not seal the edges, making it less durable but suitable for various applications. We offer both gloss and matt film options to suit your preferences.

Encapsulating Services

Encapsulation seals printed material in plastic by applying two layers of plastic to both sides, creating a bond that seals the edges. This edge seal provides protection against dirt, moisture, and other contaminants. We offer both gloss and matt film options to cater to your preferences.

We can handle a wide range of print sizes, up to and including 1600mm wide by virtually unlimited length, for all your mounting, laminating, and encapsulating needs.
